A small cove lies in the southwest part of the Island of Lokrum, close to Pt. Galija and beneath a cliff face; to the right is a small thumb-shaped point.
Diving tipsTo reach the site, anchor in the cove, descend by following the point and wall and then down to the depths. The wreck lies about 20 m from the wall, its bow facing the shore, its stern resting on the sandy seabed at 40 m, and may be explored in its entirety. Along the wall you may encounter lobsters, conger and moray eels and scorpionfish, which are also found beneath the ship’s bow; forkbeards prefer to swim around the upper deck.
Marine lifeSpecies you are likely to encounter are: largespotted dogfish, lobsters, scorpionfish, moray eels, forkbeards, giant tun, smaller fish, octopi, and others.
